Tucked between South Mountain Preserve and the Avance community center, the 24 acre property known as Avance Highlands is set to be the third and final phase of the Avance Master Plan.

Grayhawk acquired the vacant property in 2015 while entitling the first phases of Avance (formerly known as Vistal) and rezoned the 24 acres from a resort designation to medium density residential.

The medium-density parcel enjoys 360* views of the Phoenix skyline and South Mountain and utilizes the overall Avance amenities such as the community center, parks, trails, and gated neighborhood roadways.

Sold to DR Horton in December of 2021, Grayhawk’s vision of incorporating this site as the final phase of Avance became a reality. DR Horton is expected to break ground on 140 townhomes in late 2022.
